The Transport Research Arena (TRA) 2022 edition was held in Lisbon on 14-17 November and welcomed 2000+ participants, 600+ speakers, 60+ exhibitors.

Each day focused on a specific theme related to the green transition of the transport industry, the subject of the last plenary session being Policies and Economics for a Competitive Europe. Economic recovery and resilient transport require transformative policies, collaborative planning frameworks and enhanced financial tools for sustainable and smart mobility.

The presentations available online are organised per day and type of session (Strategic Sessions, Scientific & Technical Sessions, Invited Sessions and Opening/Closing Ceremonies).

ECTP is involved in the preparation & organisation of TRA Conferences through the TRA Management & Programmes Committes.
Within TRA2022 edition, Miguel Segarra (Dragados, ECTP Vice-President) has organised and co-chaired the Strategic Session 3.1 under the topic "Enabling smarter and safer infrastructure, supporting the digital and energy transition, through life cycle innovation".

Dublin will host TRA2024 conference, which will take place on 15-18 April 2024 in the RDS Ballsbridge
