The Implementation Working Group on Energy Efficiency in Buildings (IWG5) organized its second Study Tour in Brussels on 2 July 2024. The event was arranged by WIP Renewable Energies, in collaboration with the IWG5-CSA consortium (including ECTP). Participants of the Study Tour included representatives from renewable energy associations, research centers, and various countries.

This year’s Study Tour adopted a more people-centric approach, featuring tours of renovated buildings in the Marolles district and the GreenBizz Energy Community.

During the first part, participants were guided by Le Logement Bruxellois, a public service real estate company that manages more than 4000 social housing units.

Several buildings were visited during the tour.
